Exhibit & Sponsorship Sales Executive

**Location**:
Philadelphia, PA (Queens Village Neighborhood)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, develop, and secure exhibit and sponsorship sales within the cannabis industry and ancillary businesses.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exploring opportunities for upselling and renewals.
- Create tailored sales proposals highlighting the value and benefits of exhibiting or sponsoring with our event(s).
- Collaborate with our production and marketing team to develop innovative advertising solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends to continuously improve sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
- Ensure seamless execution of client needs from concept to completion.
- Meet sales goals, maintain database notes, and foster a positive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in tradeshow sales or a related field.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week in-office in the Queen Village neighborhood of Philadelphia.

**Salary**:
$30,000 - $40,000 annual salary based on experience, plus a generous commission structure.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
