Administrative Coordinator

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
The main responsibility for the person in this role is to support the Change Management Engineer in their day-to-day activities. Those activities involve the following, mainly:
- Creating change notice tasks
- Updating and maintaining the controlled copy log
- Executing manufacturing bill of material updates
- Costing requests
- Metrics reporting for change management
- Example: OCO (Operations Change Order) status (weekly, monthly, yearly)
- The creation and management of written change management procedures
- And other supporting tasks for the Change Management Engineer
**Knowledge/Skills/Abilities**:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and an effective communicator
- Experience with SAP-MBP, Windchill, familiarity with Bill of materials, Planning, and Change Management in an Operations/Factory environment is required.
- Knowledge of manufacturing document requirements
- Clearly communicate problems to appropriate personnel/departments/functions and aid in the resolution of the issue
- Broad understanding of business systems, organizational culture, and behaviors
- Treat unexpected circumstances as opportunities to learn and adopt new techniques
- Respond effectively to unpredictable or unexpected events
**Experience/Education**:
- 3+ years’ experience in change management for manufactured product
**Job Type**: Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
