This position will have a variety of tasks aimed at promoting services, optimizing marketing strategies, and ensuring consistent branding across all channels.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Collect and compile customer feedback in an easily reviewed and understood format for review by company management and leadership.
- Forecast and analyze sales trends, marketing strategies, and product performance; prepare and present reports summarizing the information; make recommendations based on analysis; explore potential new markets and create entry plans.
- Generate, Manage, and Promote services and content on social media.
- Generate innovative advertising concepts and collaborate with senior management on social media insights and materials.
- Maintain strong public relations and ensure uniform branding across all marketing platforms.
- Identify weaknesses in the digital marketing strategy and propose improvements.
- Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign performance.
- Collaborate with vendors to design effective campaigns.
- Create and share presentations for potential clients.
- Handle the budget allocated for promotional activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent marketing and customer service skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-directed and works well in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, SalesForce, Writing for Sales and Marketing, Graphic Design, Photoshop, Video Editing, and social media.
- Strong organizational and presentation skills
Education and Experience:
- Two years of related experience in business, promotional sales, or customer service preferred.
- Knowledge in the construction painting industry is preferred.
- Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Marketing (SEM)
- Knowledge of Google & Market Analytics in planning, tracking, analyzing and streamlining marketing campaigns in real-time to show ROI
- Bilingual (English/Spanish is preferred)
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
