Job Overview

We are in search of a skilled and imaginative Thumbnail & Packaging Designer to spearhead the creation of visually striking thumbnails for Jubilee Media. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of our content, mission, and community, crafting engaging thumbnails that resonate with our diverse audiences across various platforms, including YouTube and social media.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire thumbnail creation process, from initial concept to final execution.
  • Collaborate with creative, branding, and production teams to produce optimal designs that enhance click-through rates (CTR).
  • Manage branding and graphics for both new and existing shows.
  • Design and conceptualize thumbnails for Jubilee and Nectar brands across YouTube, Snapchat, and other social media channels.
  • Analyze thumbnail performance, conduct A/B testing on designs, and utilize data-driven insights to improve CTR.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in thumbnail design.
  • Work closely with the production team and photographers to ensure all necessary assets are captured for thumbnail creation.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in thumbnail design, particularly for YouTube and Snapchat.
  • A passionate designer eager to enhance marketing and design expertise.
  • Strong grasp of the YouTube and media landscape.
  • Familiarity with graphic and visual trends in thumbnail design.
  • Proficient in delivering high-quality thumbnails that significantly boost CTR.
  • A collaborative and highly creative self-starter.
  • Enthusiastic about contributing to the growth of Jubilee and Nectar brands through innovative design.
  • Aligned with Jubilee's mission and values.
