Complete and assist in the routine maintenance, troubleshooting, general maintenance of buildings and equipment; including plumbing and electrical, as well as grounds keeping as dictated by work orders.

Includes carpentry, appliance repair, flooring, and painting work to complete and make ready vacant apartments.

Schedule Monday - Friday 8AM - 4:30PM plus on-call rotation and mandatory snow removal.

MUST PASS CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK AND HAVE CURRENT DRIVERS LICENSE.

Available immediately.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
