Reporting to the Dowty Propellers Sterling Customer Operations Management Leader, you will have a broad responsibility for fulfillment activities transacted through Sterling for the customer.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Manage the effective communication to the customer regarding order status on a weekly basis
- Work with operations team for status of customer units in shop and to ensure they are progressed through the shop on-time and in accordance with customer contract requirements
- Quoting, shipping, and invoicing of customer units
- Resolution of past due invoices when necessary
- Work with materials team for material requirements
- Problem solving
- Lean initiatives
- Back-up support to other Customer Order and Fulfillment Specialists as necessary to meet our customer contract requirements

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services and Fulfillment

**Desired Characteristics**
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office packages including Excel
- Proficiency in the use of Government websites including IRAPT, WAWF, DCMA e-tools, CAV/RP
- Effective communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience of working in a Customer Services environment
- Aviation Industry experience, particularly dealing with military and export customers an advantage
- Ability to build relationships and influence others internally and externally to business
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Knowledge of Government Property Regulations
- Knowledge of Oracle Golf ERP preferred
- Knowledge of military shipment exports
