As the Human Resources Administrative Assistant II, you will provide administrative support to Senior Human Resources Specialists and the larger Human Resources team such as performing a wide variety of routine administrative and clerical support activities for a human resource office.

THIS POSITION REQUIRES A HYBRID WORK SCHEDULE WITH 3 DAYS ONSITE AND 2 DAYS REMOTE.

Day to Day includes but is not limited to:

- Provide office support functions such as answering the phone, distributing mail, maintaining calendars, document scanning, coordinating meetings, and reserving conference rooms.
- Recommend solutions to ensure efficiency of operations and facilitate improvement.
- Analyze and research information to conduct fact-finding and recommend solutions.
- Inform management on specific requests related to immediate problems of limited scope.
- Work with higher graded specialists to provide advisory and support services for multiple organizations across the Agency.
- Research and or analyze legislative, regulatory and Agency policy guidance around recruitment and placement.
- Participate in projects that contribute to innovation, standardization and or streamline Human Resource Services.
- Interpret established and pertinent regulations and organizational policies, management principles, administrative rules, and staffing guidelines.
- Perform a variety of personnel support services and offer advice and assistance.
- Draft correspondence, recommendations, reports, and memoranda to support administrative programs.

Required Qualifications:

- A minimum of 1-year specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-11 Federal grade level performing duties of an HR Administrative Support.
- Demonstrated understanding of Office of Personnel Management (OPM) guidelines and processes.
- Demonstrated experience with federal human resources systems such as National Finance Center PMSO, Empower etc.
- Active Public Trust Clearance or ability to obtain and maintain one.
