JOB OVERVIEW:

- Scheduling office appointments
- Booking hospital procedures
- Setting up all related tests, labs and radiology studies
- Responding to calls by patients and referring physicians
- Cancel and reschedule appointments notifying appropriate people and places.
- Complete tasks in a timely manner with appropriate documentation.
- Utilize Excel spreadsheet in daily work.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of office processes and procedures acquired through three to five years of office experience or equivalent.
- Ability to learn and
- Ability to maintain strong relationships with physicians and co-workers.
- Position requires a flexible work schedule.
- Strong organizational skills
