Our nonpublic schools, community mental health center, therapeutic behavioral services program, and residential treatment center offer educational and mental health services throughout Alameda and Contra Costa County.

The Facility Manager oversees a six-client STRTP Program, ensuring the program operates effectively and in compliance with policies and procedures. They supervise maintenance, staff schedules, and operations, address personnel issues, and provide staff training. Additionally, they manage program expenses, educate partners, and oversee direct reports' performance.

**SCHEDULING AND TRAINING SUPERVISION**
- Aid in training and shadowing Direct Care Staff, facilitate weekly team meetings, and coordinate Direct Care Staff attendance at monthly trainings.
- Conduct weekly and monthly supervision meetings for all Direct Care Staff leads and ensure safe, well-trained, and cost-effective STRTP staff coverage 24/7.
- Write employee evaluations and performance reviews.
- Address administrative warnings with the Administrator in order to ensure that you are complying with organization framework.

**PROGRAM SUPERVISION AND DEVELOPMENT**
- Manage an effective milieu treatment program that meets each client’s treatment needs and goals, enrolls new intake clients in school, develops a trustful and supportive atmosphere, and utilizes treatment plans, rewards, incentives, and key counselors.
- As needed, work as direct care staff to support residential programs. Model effective interventions and provide on-site staff supervision and training.
- Organize weekly team meetings along with planning and coordination of special events including camping trips, birthdays, graduations, holidays, with guest speakers.
- Request necessary funding from the agency fiscal office and supplies.
- Monthly attendance forms should be reviewed and submitted, maintenance request forms should be filled out for necessary repairs, and monthly Health and Safety Inspections should be performed to ensure emergency equipment certificates/tags are current.
- Monitor and develop membership in outside community programs.
- Keep track of the client's participation and progress in their workability, and to work as a key member of the Continuous Quality Improvement Committee. This committee collects relevant information and data on a regular basis, which helps us to improve policies, practices, and ultimately the satisfaction of the client.
- On-call by phone 24 hours per day on assigned days. May be required to come into work in extreme emergencies or staffing shortages.
- Supervise clients in accordance with facility policies and Trauma-Informed Principles.
- Maintain an inclusive and respectful environment. Provide crisis intervention for clients and perform other assigned duties.
- Employees are expected to be flexible and responsive to changes in the scope of duties.
- Employees are expected to adapt to changes and be responsive to new duties.

**FISCAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND COMMUNICATION**
- Ensure that employee payroll is accurate and submitted to Human Resources on due dates.
- Monitor client points and create weekly allowances, incentives, and rewards.
- Manage the distribution, usage, and accounting of STRTP's petty cash. Keep accurate records of all client funds and assets.
- Ensure that significant STRTP information is communicated, in a timely fashion, to all involved team members including school personnel, administration, mental health staff, and STRTP staff.
- Ensure that the Administrator is informed of any critical incidents related to the STRTP.
- Review STRTP communications and documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency (shift notes, shift exchange, incident reports, etc.).
- Support a program where conflicts are resolved through PSMs. Foster positive relationships with community.
- Attend and participate in STRTP meetings. Coordinate with the Administrator regarding any house concerns.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Possess a Bachelor of Arts or Sciences Degree
- Have a valid Child Development Teaching Permit
- Completed 12-semester units of Early Childhood Education, Adolescent Development, or Foster and Kinship Care Education and have at least 100 hours of experience working with youth
- Hold a valid certificate as an Alcohol Counselor, Drug Counselor, or Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and have at least 100 hours of experience working with yout
