The Business Development Advisor, New Initiatives will report to the DIrector, New Initiatives. You will work together to identify new revenue opportunities for CR and identify and secure strategic partnerships that enable CR to build, test and market new products and services.. You’ll also work closely and collaboratively with our Product, Marketing, Engineering, Design and Business Development teams

You have proven experience in Product and/or new Business Development. **You have a minimum of ten years related to the B2C or B2B2C space which includes a track record of bringing new solutions to market (especially in a legacy organization).
- ** You have earned the degree**. You have a BA in Marketing, Business or a related field. No degree? You must have equivalent work experience.
- ** You’ve done this before-from start to finish.** Your experience includes working on the entire product lifecycle-from ideation to post-launch optimization.
