Human Resources Manager

Payroll, recruiting, and onboarding all new employees. Record documentation for all new hires and create employee records. Enroll new employees in training programs, track and administer benefits enrollments for new hires. Tracks hours worked for apprenticeship programs. Security clearances for projects, update policy manuals and distribute to employees. Track employee incentives and make sure compliant with all policies. Excellent customer service is a must, must be able to handle difficult customers and or employees with professionalism and respect. Enforce company policies, assist with Safety Officer with safety policy revisions and distribution, OSHA reporting and safety program administration. Must be proficient in Quickbooks Desktop and Microsoft Office.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
