**Mechanical Assistant Project Manager - Guam**

We are looking for an assistant project manager for our client to help run multiple jobs in an OCONUS setting. This is a direct placement opportunity. Scopes include fire protection, plumbing, and air/water side HVAC. They will be helping the PM to manage their share of superintendents, 100+ foreign nationals, and logistics department. You will need computer skills to access project documents required using iPad or laptop.

**Duration: Permanent**

**Duties**
- Monitor project schedule.
- Organizing crews and ensuring they are working on their daily tasks;
- Inspects work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and the adherence to construction schedules.
- Confers with and directs supervisory personnel and subcontractors engaged in planning and executing work procedures.
- Interpreting specifications and coordinating various phases of construction to prevent delays.
- Checking materials, prepare Requisition for materials needed.
- Enforce all safety rules and procedures and rectifies job site hazards in a timely manner.
- Conducts safety meetings and prepares and files minutes.
- Participates in establishing goals and objectives for the field operations of the Company.

**Requirements**:

- Must have Federal contracting experience.
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Must pass background check to enter Gov’t facilities
