Compensation: $115,000.00 annually

Key qualifications include:
- A high school diploma or GED is the minimum educational requirement for this position.
- Preferred qualifications include coursework in project management, construction management, mechanical trade school, BIM, and CADD.
- A minimum of five years of experience as a Mechanical Project Manager overseeing multiple projects with mechanical scopes of at least $5,000,000 (commercial or industrial) is required.
- Five or more years of relevant field or trade experience with mechanical systems is highly desirable; experience in government, military, or large commercial construction is preferred. Experience in the design-build sector is also advantageous.
- Proficiency in computer applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Primavera P6) is preferred, although training can be provided.
- Familiarity with specific software (BIM) is preferred, with training available.
- Willingness to travel to job sites is required.
