The A350XWB, a wide-body commercial aircraft manufactured by Airbus. At Collins Aerospace Advanced Structures, we specialize in designing and manufacturing the nacelle structure for the A350XWB platform.

**This position requires onsite presence at our Chula Vista, California facility and may be eligible for relocation.**

**What YOU will do**:

- Work under the guidance of the Program Manager
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives, including meeting non-recurring and recurring cost targets, and ensuring quality and delivery performance
- Strategize and execute multi-disciplinary projects, overseeing the implementation of configuration changes and readiness actions for increased production rates
- Proactively identify and manage risks and opportunities, devising and implementing mitigating strategies
- Foster collaboration with various functional areas both within and outside the organization to drive program success
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing processes and eliminating inefficiencies
- Effectively solve problems and manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Deliver compelling communications and presentations to internal and external stakeholders
- Travel domestically and internationally (up to 10%, when circumstances permit)
- Undertake other duties as assigned

- Lay the groundwork for potential progression into a Program Manager role.

**Education & Experience**:

- Requires a University Degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience. In the absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required.

**Qualifications YOU must have**:

- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship
- 2 years of experience as a Project Lead throughout a products lifecycle

**Skills we value**:

- Possess analytical problem-solving skills, with a high level of motivation and a strong team orientation.
- Experience in supplier management.
- Knowledge of Nacelle systems.
- Familiarity with composites and metallic manufacturing.
- Proficiency in SAP.
