Job Overview:

The Project Management Lead Associate will play a strategic role in the planning, execution, and tracking of complex projects. They will be responsible for managing project teams, developing project plans, and ensuring project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and coordination of large-scale projects, including project schedules, resource allocation, and risk management
    '¢ Facilitate project meetings and provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, including executive level management
    '¢ Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and action items
    '¢ Monitor project progress, identify and resolve project issues, and escalate as necessary
    '¢ Manage project budgets, including tracking and reporting of expenses
    '¢ Lead cross-functional teams and work with project managers to ensure project success
    '¢ Prepare presentations and reports to communicate project status, progress, and results to stakeholders
    '¢ Mentor and provide guidance to junior project Management Associates and project managers

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field preferred but not required
    '¢ 6-9 years of experience in project coordination or management
    '¢ Profound project management and organizational skills, including experience leading large-scale projects
    '¢ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in leading project presentations to executive level management
    '¢ Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work independently
    '¢ Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
    '¢ Project management certification, such as PMP, is a plus but not required.
