**About the Role**:
The Administrative Assistant reports to the Managing Director and is responsible for supporting the company as an office assistant. The job entails supporting company executives, managing office requirements, coordinating the Bid & Proposal Team, communicating with internal and external stakeholders. A successful applicant will believe strongly in the mission of Sierra Management and Technologies, Inc. and be able to work cooperatively within a team of dedicated staff.
- Provide assistance to Managing Director and other company executives as needed
- Provide assistance with presentations prep work
- Develop and generate reports for the Managing Director
- Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with calendar management
- Assist with internal and client communication
- Expedite turnaround for proposals
- Maintain documents and files appropriately supporting the Directing Manager
- Serve as the front-line contact with individuals arriving or calling the office
- Issue visitor badges and monitor visitor logbook
- Answer the telephone and manage messages
- Manage and maintain the corporate office, including its office supplies
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing

**Must have**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
- Outstanding customer orientation and service delivery skills

- Superior communication skills with customers and internal resources
- Able to prioritize and balance workloads effectively
- Team player, flexible, personable, and able to work with multiple personality types
- Willingness to work on site daily

**EDUCATION**

A high school diploma or GED required. Certifications in the use of computers and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.

**EXPERIENCE**

At least two (2) years of front desk/receptionist experience. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook Tools.
