**Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**: Provide general administrative support such as drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and creating presentations. Assist with document management, filing, and data entry tasks.

**Office Management**: Ensure the smooth operation of the office by ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and coordinating maintenance and repairs as necessary. Manage office inventory and monitor office expenses.

**Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity. Maintain confidentiality in all interactions and communications.

**Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues to support various projects and initiatives. Assist team members with administrative tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:
**Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

**Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software. Experience with calendar management and online collaboration tools is a plus.

**Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment. Flexibility to take on new tasks and responsibilities as needed.
