Front Desk Executive

A Front Desk Executive at Brand Avenue serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk area.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meetings and conferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including reception and waiting areas.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
- Handle inquiries and provide information about the company's products, services, and policies.
- Assist with special projects and events as needed.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in fast-paced environments.
