- Maintain a comprehensive system for tracking sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and BEO (Banquet Event Order) tools to manage and analyze customer data, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
- Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of events.
- Coordinate all components of the event including final guest counts, menu selections, bar packages, entertainment, floor charts, and other special event details.
- Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their vision, ensuring all details are effectively communicated to the Food & Beverage team.
- Drive incremental revenue through upsells to guests and accurately markup all invoices from outside vendors to clients per standard margin requirements.
- Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Work in conjunction and maintain a positive relationship with the Food & Beverage team, and vendors to ensure effective communication. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions, as requested, to actively promote the property.
- In conjunction with corporate marketing team, help drive brand visibility through social media planning, content creation, and community engagement.
- In conjunction with the Food & Beverage team and Director of Sales, detail, and help the team prepare for both internal and external events, ensuring their success.

**About You**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, Hospitality Management, Marketing or related field.
- Proven track record with at least 3-5 years of experience in wedding sales and event management, within the hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and increasing customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends..
