**Expectations**:
**Not looking for work-life balance? This position might be perfect for you. We need a workaholic who can dedicate themselves to the job, working 12-hour days and prioritizing tasks with speed and precision. Excellent attention to detail is a must.**

You will be completing tasks rapidly while ensuring accuracy in all aspects of your work. You will be the main point of contact for speaking with clients who are business owners over the phone. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport are essential. You must be highly organized and able to assist with all aspects of running and helping grow the company. From managing the CEO's schedule to coordinating telehealth sessions, you will be involved in every aspect of our operations.

**Flexibility is key. You need to be available early in the morning, late at night, and even on weekends. Long lunch breaks and holidays off are not priorities for someone who wants to succeed in this role. We are in startup mode and need someone who loves to work and grind. This position should be your number one priority, and you should be willing to put in the effort required to help us succeed.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Conduct research and gather information for various projects
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Transcribe meeting minutes and maintain accurate records
- Provide administrative support to the CEO as needed
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Interface effectively with our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system to update and maintain patient records
- Assist doctors with the management of telehealth sessions and support their needs during consultations
- Handle the transmission of lab orders and ensure prescriptions are sent out promptly to patients
- Coordinate with pharmacies and clinic owners to ensure medication availability and address any related issues
- Manage daily operations related to telehealth patient care including scheduling, follow-ups, and patient inquiries
- Support clinic owners with operational questions and strategies pertaining to the telehealth business

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in project coordination is preferred
- Knowledge of DocuSign
- Knowledge of how to use Ai and ability to help automate workflows
