**About the Role**

The Project Coordinator will report directly to the Project Manager. They will support the Project Manager in executing the project life cycle from start to finish. The role will engage in various tasks that assist our internal teams in meeting deadlines and delivering exceptional results for all of our clients. Some examples of these tasks may include: acquiring and processing quotes from vendors and local business partners, creating workflow timetables and gantt charts, inventory maintenance and management, and on-site project implementation. These tasks will involve working on a constant cycle of multiple projects simultaneously.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the Project Manager in all tasks related to the project life cycle.
- Grow and maintain working relationships with vendors and business partners in and around Austin, TX and beyond.
- Collaborate with the Director of Production, the Project Manager, and other members of LeMonde Studio to maintain and deliver all projects in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a working knowledge of all projects (both those that are active as well as in production) so as to be able to perform maintenance when necessary.
- On-site implementation of assigned projects including delivery, set up, tear down, and warehousing.
- Work within existing processes and software solutions to help company operations flow smoothly.

**Requirements**:

- Reside in Austin, TX or the surrounding area. While this job is primarily remote, there are components of this job that require being local to our Austin team and facilities.
- Have at least a HS diploma. A college degree is preferred but not required.
- Have a valid driver’s license.
- Have a valid passport.
- 1+ years working with collaborative, cloud-based software such as Microsoft 365, Google Suite, or similar.
- 1-3 years in a support or coordination role.

**Preferred**
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Experience in any creative field.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
