Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control project expenses, ensuring alignment with approved budgets.
- Coordinate with the legal team to negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and partners.
- Attend project meetings, take minutes, and ensure action items are completed.
- Identify and qualify vendors, conduct bidding processes, and negotiate contracts.
- Process invoices and payment applications, ensuring timely payment and accurate accounting.
- Coordinate with vendors to secure necessary services and materials.
- Assist in project closeout activities, ensuring all tasks are completed and documentation is up-to-date.
- Coordinate office moves, including logistics and communication with stakeholders.
- Track project progress, create reports, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Desired Experience:
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Understanding of the construction process and industry best practices.
- Background in real estate or construction, with knowledge of project management principles.
- Ability to review and analyze project budgets and schedules.
- Proactive communication and risk evaluation skills, with experience in cross-functional environments.
- Valid driver's license and insurance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, MS Project, and Outlook.
