We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Specialist with LMFCE you will be responsible for providing administrative support to multiple teams, reviewing documentation for accuracy and completeness, involved in process improvement, and assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our office.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with basic budget updates and recordkeeping tasks.
- Collaborate with team members and management to ensure greatest efficiencies.
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role
- High attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Docs
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping or accounting tasks is preferred
- Familiarity with construction or real estate industries is preferred
As an Administrative Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office. If you are highly organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent administrative skills, we would love to hear from you
**Pay range is based on experience.**

Pay: $45,760.00 - $72,790.00 per year
