Role Summary:
The Residential Support Specialist is responsible for providing administrative assistance and coordinating various administrative functions across all aspects of the Residential program.
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least two (2) years of experience in an administrative role or similar position.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a residential environment is preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
- Understanding of general office operations and business practices.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, and other virtual communication tools.
- Familiarity with electronic records management systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in the workplace.
- Capability to engage with diverse populations and workforce.
- Service-oriented interaction with staff.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on grammar and punctuation.
Work Environment:
- Setting: Residential
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Travel: Occasional local travel required.
- Potential exposure to blood and body fluids.
