Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage executive officer calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data analysis
- Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Assist in planning and executing company events
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with electronic software
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Previous experience in event planning is a plus
- Familiarity with front desk operations is advantageous

Pay: From $42,619.79 per year
