**Position Overview**: Blossom & Ivory is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Retail Stock & Fulfillment Associate to join our esteemed team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining inventory accuracy, managing stock levels, and ensuring timely fulfillment of orders. **Responsibilities**:

- Receive incoming shipments of merchandise, verifying contents and ensuring accuracy.
- Organize and stock merchandise on shelves and in storage areas, following company procedures and guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management regarding stock replenishment needs.
- Fulfill online and in-store orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- Assist with inventory counts and audits to maintain accurate stock records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the stockroom and back-of-house areas.
- Uphold company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and inventory management.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in retail stock management, fulfillment, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A passion for fashion and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
