Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently process incoming inventory shipments while adhering to safety protocols. Uphold stockroom standards regarding merchandise organization, cleanliness, and safety.
  • Prepare and load trailers with returned merchandise, including returns, rework items, and doll hospital products.
  • Manage stock levels on the retail sales floor, fulfilling special requests from retail partners. Continuously monitor inventory levels and replenish as needed while maintaining visual merchandising standards.
  • Contribute to the overall execution of retail operations, which may include floor rearrangements, equipment upkeep, and collaborating with fellow team members to ensure a safe environment for both customers and staff. Undertake special projects as assigned.
  • Exhibit adaptability in prioritizing tasks to align with business needs.
Qualifications:

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 1 year of experience in retail or service sectors, particularly in material handling, shipping, receiving, or stock management, is preferred.
  • Physical capability to lift items weighing up to 30 lbs.
  • Must possess a friendly demeanor, be approachable, and show willingness to assist guests respectfully, especially children.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The hourly wage for this role is set at $19.00, contingent upon the candidate's education, skills, and experience.
