LifeWorks Wellness Center is looking for a Patient Services Consultant to join our growing team

LifeWorks Wellness Center is the one of largest functional medicine practices in the US, as well as Florida’s top natural health clinic. We are proud to provide patients with alternative medical doctors that treat a wide range of chronic health conditions, naturally. People travel from all over the world to see our doctors and receive our lifesaving holistic treatment programs.

The purpose of the Patient Service Consultant is to educate our patients on the available services and resources to get them through their treatment program at the clinic, resulting in services paid and the patient on the path to recovery.

**Duties will include**:

- Orient the patient to our clinic and educate them on our holistic approach.
- Provide educational information on all advised treatment, utilizing the Practitioners to assist in the education on specific treatments.
- Sign patients up for their treatment plan and collect payment.
- Generate new leads and conversions through an internal referral campaign with existing patients.
- Follow up on all missed appointments for consults.
- Regular interaction with patients who are going through their treatment to ensure they are happy and progressing well through their treatment plan.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior sales experience
- Prior customer service experience
- Marketing experience

**Education and/or Experience**:

- GED or High School Diploma.
- 2+ years of marketing in the health care industry.
- 2-4 years of experience working in the health care industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be energetic and confident.
- Working knowledge of patient and market dynamics and requirements.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and client service practices.
- Must be organized, creative and knowledgeable.

**Language Skills**:

- Must speak English. Must have solid written and verbal communication skills, ability to pay attention to detail and maintain confidentiality, strong interpersonal skills and commitment to working with a diverse staff are essential to successfully carry out the duties of this position.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with patients and educate them on our health services and convey the urgency and importance of our treatment plans.
- Must be able to respond to the most sensitive situations in a diplomatic way.

**Physical Demands**:

- While performing the duties of this job, is required to sit majority of the work day.
- Must be able to type a minimum of 45 WPM.

**Work Environment**:

- Shared office environment.

**Hours**:

- This is a full-time hourly position with a 37.5 hours per week in the office.
