**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- Develop and execute innovative performance marketing strategies to meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels, including PPC/SEM, social media, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product/UX, brand, creative, content, and customer success departments, to develop a cohesive and effective marketing strategy.
- Analyze campaign performance data to refine and optimize marketing efforts continually.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling advertising materials and ensure brand consistency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in digital marketing technologies, and implement new tactics to maintain competitive advantage.
- Lead, mentor, and expand the performance marketing team to support business growth.
- Establish strong relationships with key marketing platform partners and vendors.
- Provide detailed reports and analysis to senior management highlighting campaign results and investment impacts.

**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**
- Bachelor's degree _in Marketing, Business, or a related field._
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of successful performance marketing strategies.
- Expertise in various advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
- Experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Innovative and creative, with a concise, precise, and effective approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
