The Compliance Associate works with the Compliance Manager to plan, organize, and execute tasks for the Compliance Program.

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**

Provides support to the Compliance Department which includes the following:

- Assigned compliance projects
- Activities of assigned compliance committees
- Provides daily support to provider credentialing and criminal background check reviews
- Provides periodic support regarding complaints, grievances and incident reports
- Assists with data integrity reporting and ensures follow-up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure resolution of data integrity issues.
- Maintains and updates policies and procedures
- Conducts investigations into compliance issues.
- Analysis of current operations, data, and files for compliance with contracts, business rules, and legal matters.
- Assists in the planning of Compliance training and presentations
- Prepares materials that promote and communicate Compliance internally and externally
- Assists staff with questions regarding Compliance
- Develops and maintains Compliance databases/spreadsheets and reports
- Maintains strict adherence to confidentiality and other applicable legal and contract requirements
- Assists and collaborates with staff as necessary to enhance the overall success of the department and organization.
- Administrative tasks such as filing, copying, data entry, etc.
- Upholds company values and mission.
- Other duties as assigned

**EDUCATION**

High School Diploma/GED

Associates Degree preferred

**WORK ENVIRONMENT**

Work is performed in a typical office setting, hybrid setting, or remote.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
