We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of our office. This role requires strong supervisory skills, excellent clerical abilities, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

We are opening a new division of our company in Victoria, Texas. We are currently unsure of the workload involved in this position. Typically, we see the most hours required during the summer months. The Fall and Winter will require fewer than 40 hrs a week. This is a great position for someone looking for in-person work with a flexible schedule.

**Duties**:

- Supervise and provide guidance to office staff, ensuring efficient and effective workflow
- Perform various clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Coordinate and assist with event planning and execution
- Manage calendars and schedule shipments for the team
- Assist with human resources tasks such as maintaining employee records
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Provide front desk support, greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate areas
- Enter customer orders and speak to customers about replacements
- Work with customers to obtain credit paperwork

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience in an office or administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
