**The Applicant we are seeking for this position must live in Victoria, Texas & must type 50 WPM**. **Also, pay is increased if Applicant is fluent in Spanish - (not required)**
**Pay is commensurate with experience and will be discussed at interview.**
**Responsibilities**
- Serve as the point person for the Office Manager position
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain and update all scheduling
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
**Skills**
- Proven **experience** as an Office Manager & Front Office Manager
- **Applicant must type **_**50**_ **WPM - No exceptions**:
- **Excellent verbal communication skills. Bilingual in Spanish a PLUS (not required)**:
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Power Points, MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. phone systems, fax machines and printers)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- **A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements**:
- High School degree
- Applicant must past a criminal background check
