We are looking for a full-time office assistant position in our scale house. Monday - Saturday. Someone good with Excel, and QuickBooks.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This position requires excellent clerical and administrative skills, as well as the ability to handle a variety of tasks efficiently.

**Duties**:

- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting materials
- Provide support to other team members as needed

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and other office equipment
- Proficient in computerized systems and software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

- Long Beach, CA 90805: Relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: In person
