Staffing Coordinator

**Essential Responsibilities**:
- Completes schedules for all Nursing department units utilizing the established staffing guidelines.
- Submits schedules to the Administrative Assistant for approval three (3) weeks prior to schedule start dates.
- Maintains accurate daily staffing sheets for Clinical Director(s) and Nursing Supervisor(s).
- Validates actual staff on duty daily. Reports any variances from required actual staff.
- Assists with the calculation of payroll hours for assigned units biweekly.
- Maintains accurate ill/absent and attendance reports per unit. Submits ill/absent reports to personnel weekly (Mondays).
- Maintains accurate reports of mandatory in-service attendance, other in-service attendance records and certifications.
- Maintains accurate nursing office personnel files.
- Schedules appointments for new applicants. Assists personnel with new applicant processing.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
