**FLSA Status**: Non-exempt, Full-Time 36.25 hours a week

**Pay Range**: $45,240.00 - $56,550.00

**Reports to**: Program Director

**Summary**: Under general supervision of the Program Director the Program Manager provides direct supervision to staff. Works with guests to provide information, peer-to-peer support and/or self-help services as needed or requested. This position is reserved for an individual with lived experience.

**Essential Functions**: Under the supervision of the Program Director this person ensures contractual requirements are met by ensuring that all staff billing paperwork for all bill-able efforts is correct and submitted on time. This person has excellent organizational and logístical skills. This position requires ongoing effort to provide direct service to the people we serve, along with helping to connect people to resources.

**Work activities may include any or all of the following**:
In conjunction with the Program Director, the Program Manager will ensure all shifts at Hacienda of Hope are covered by two staff 24 hours a day, seven days a week
Under the direction of Program Director, Program Manager will submit any request for shift or internal program changes. These requests will require Program Director and Project Director approval
Edits and Maintains the Time & Attendance System & complies with payroll deadlines
Monitors the billing against target goals and ensures that billing deadlines are met
In collaboration with the Program Director this individual will maintain the database of PRRCH guests and service recipients, with contact information
In collaboration with the Program Director, the Program Manager will conduct performance reviews with their assigned staff
Supervise and train assigned program staff in accordance with organizational policy applicable laws and regulations
Meets with all guests to ensure that their identified goals during their stay are being met and provides updates to the Program Director
Provides hands-on “life coaching” to train, mentor, and support guests with the acquisition of basic skills in activities of daily living (hygiene, meal preparation, home care, medication management, other self-care, public transportation access/travel training, etc.)
Works actively with the team members to develop strategies for outreach to guests who tend to isolate themselves
Create and maintain the calendar of community outreach and engagement activities
Works with group facilitators to document group outcomes and alignment with the 8 Dimensions of Wellness, including skills taught for resilience, hope, and recovery
Contribute to and supports a culturally diverse and sensitive environment
Maintains an open and cooperative approach. Provides an environment of acceptance that supports and respects people of different gender, ethnicities, cultural values, sexual orientation, race, language, religion, age, disability, family composition and socio-economic status
Maintains a clean, positive and supportive work environment and a general spirit of cooperation. Is a team player who maintains effective working relationships and communicates clearly in a respectful and professional manner with staff and guests.
Works cooperatively with others to assure the smooth and seamless delivery of comprehensive services to guests, attends required trainings and meetings
Conduct follow-up to outreach activities, e.g., phone calls, sending materials, scheduling next steps, etc.
Organize and maintain resource materials and reference documents
Work closely with the Program Director to maintain overall responsibility and accountability for ensuring the program outcomes are achieved and reported
Performs other related duties as assigned by the Program Director for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the program and activities
Must have a desire to work with individuals impaired by extreme distress / mental illness and believe in an individual’s ability to recover from disabling mental distress
Must verbalize an initial and ongoing understanding of environmental variables that may present while performing administrative tasks and/or providing direct services as an PRPSN employee (i.e., individuals presenting at the agency in extreme emotional states)
Must exhibit good personal judgment, a non-bias attitude, sensitivity, and discretion when dealing with other individuals. Must demonstrate the skills and ability to “work and play well with others” interacting with co-workers, program participants, family members and community partners effectively and responding appropriately when experiencing interpersonal conflict with others
Other duties as assigned by the Program Director
