Want to design and develop energy and climate programs, and engage with industry leaders to save energy and reduce greenhouse gas emissions? You can at ICF. We solve the most challenging issues facing the energy industry today while informing the future of global energy use.

**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinating with clients and other team members to develop local, regional, and national strategies to influence the market and increase participation in voluntary energy and decarbonization programs- Developing communications, outreach, and training resources, including newsletters, case studies, website content, webinars, and in-person events- Conducting outreach to industrial energy and sustainability managers- Supporting partner recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing support to maximize program participation- Maintaining detailed records in a customer relationship management system- Conducting research and analysis of energy efficiency, electrification, renewable energy, and decarbonization programs and policies

Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (e.g., environmental studies, public policy, science, business)- 2+ years relevant experience in commercial and public sector energy and sustainability programs- Ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under strict deadlines

Preferred Skills/Experience- Master’s degree in a related discipline (e.g., environmental studies, public policy, science, business)- Experience writing reports, articles, case studies, or other communications materials- Experience in energy and emissions analysis- Experience with ENERGY STAR, DOE Better Buildings/Better Plants, LEED, and/or other efficiency/sustainability tools and program platforms- Experience working on energy efficiency for industrial or commercial facilities- Proficiency in oral and written communication skills- Highly developed interpersonal skills and self-motivation- Proficiency in analytical skills-
- Familiarity with the development/delivery of public-private voluntary partnership programs- Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software systems

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:
$65,820.00 - $111,894.00
