- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to promote energy conservation and sustainability practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., environmental science, engineering, business) and 2-3 years of experience in energy conservation or a related field.
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Work Environment:
The Cenergistic Energy Specialist will work primarily in an office setting, with occasional travel to client sites. The position requires the ability to work in a variety of environments, including outdoors and in facilities with varying levels of energy efficiency.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands of this position include occasional standing, walking, and lifting of up to 10 pounds. The position also requires the ability to work in a variety of weather conditions and to travel to client sites as needed.
