This is a **full time, salaried, 100% in-office role **that will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and day-to-day operations of our Scottsdale office location.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- **Greet **visitors, **answer** phone calls, and respond to inquiries
- **Perform Order Entry and Processing**: Oversee and perform basic order processing, including generating quotes, invoices, shipping labels, and more
- **Assist in Production Planning**: Assist and support production staff in daily production/manufacturing planning against current and future orders
- **Basic Bookkeeping**: Manage basic bookkeeping duties, including keeping track of bills, invoices, purchase orders, recording payments, and other basic accounting functions
- **Documentation**:Assist production and engineering staff in writing and updating standard operating procedures
- **Manage Office Inventory and Supply**: Help manage basic inventory and supply purchasing, including office supplies, shipping supplies, etc.
The scope of the work may include other duties necessary to support a successful growing business;
This role is critical to keeping day to day operations running in the Synaccess Scottsdale location. Must be available in office to perform essential functions of job during scheduled work hours.
**Experience and Qualifications**:
- **Dependability**:This role is critical to keeping day to day operations running in the Synaccess Scottsdale location. Must be available in office to perform essential functions of job during scheduled work hours (**7:30AM to 4:30PM**).
- **Strong written skills**:

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
