**Duties**:

- Mental Health Medical Billing
- Coordinate and schedule appointments
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence
- Provide front desk support and greeting visitors (some)
- Maintain an organized office environment

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in office administration or related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
- Familiarity with Office Ally
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail is a must

This position offers the opportunity for a flexible schedule.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
