We are a small family owned company specializing in the distribution of tire supplies, tools, and equipment. Our customers include tire shops, commercial trucking fleets, government municipalities, and the agricultural industry. Basically anywhere tires are changed, we have the potential to service them.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential customers and establish relationships
- Work with current and potential customers to gain new distribution and optimize inventory
- Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients
- Plan and make weekly visits to customers to maintain current customers and gain new prospects
- Address customer queries and concerns immediately
- Manage accounts and provide post-sales support
- Utilize a CRM software to track sales activities

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, account management, in the tire supply industry
- Strong understanding of tire industry sales and market trends
- Ability to work independently and drive results in an outside sales environment
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Proactive and driven self-starter who can thrive in “on the road” environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, organization, and presentation skills

Pay: $66,560.00 - $200,000.00 per year
