About the Role

Dana Safety Supply is seeking a highly skilled Outside Sales Representative to join our team in San Antonio, TX. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers in the law enforcement, fire, EMS, and public safety sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Identify new business opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, and stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity.
  • Meet and Exceed Sales Goals: Work closely with managers to set and achieve sales targets, and proactively identify leads and manage prospects to acquire new business.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Be viewed as the key contact by end-users, and work closely with managers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Products and Services: Continuously update your knowledge of Dana Safety Supply products and services, and develop sales tools to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Travel and Representation: Spend 75% of your time traveling and visiting customers, and represent Dana Safety Supply at trade shows and other sales-related functions.
Requirements
  • Experience: Three years of outside sales experience, preferably in the industry.
  • Skills: Exceptional customer service skills, ability to multi-task, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
