Compensation Structure:

Core Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue potential sales leads and prospective clients, guiding them through the sales process from initial qualification to closing.
  • Stay informed about market trends and industry developments to effectively educate prospects and clients on our unique value proposition.
  • Utilize social selling techniques and various communication channels to connect with, meet, and follow up with potential customers and sales opportunities.
  • Quickly identify and address potential challenges such as competition, budget constraints, and timelines by thoroughly qualifying prospective clients.
  • Secure new contracts and engage target buyers efficiently, providing them with the information needed to visualize our offerings and finalize agreements.
  • Present mutually beneficial solutions to prospects, negotiate contract details, and successfully close sales.
  • Initiate outreach through cold calls and emails to potential clients, arrange in-person meetings, and respond to client inquiries.
  • Position our company as the preferred choice in the market through competitive analysis and product insights.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Attend company sales meetings and follow all designated responsibilities for outside sales representatives.
  • Set appointments and master sales conversations and objection handling.
  • Quickly qualify prospective clients by gathering information to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, and timelines.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and lead generation targets.
  • Close deals by creating, presenting, and negotiating tailored solutions for prospects.
  • Leverage your prospecting and follow-up skills to uncover potential upsell opportunities and new client relationships.
Qualifications:
  • A passion for engaging with prospects, delivering presentations, closing sales, and requesting referrals.
  • Demonstrated success in sales.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
