Reporting to the International sales Director, and based in Stuart, Florida, this role will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the distribution network, customers and many other areas of our business.

**About You**

You have a genuine enthusiasm and background in (minimum 10 years) yachting, which can enhance motivation, engagement, and effectiveness. You have a positive can-do attitude, are confident and willing to use initiative in decision making and are ambitious, with a clear vision for the future. You are able to travel at short notice.

**Experience, Education & Skills**
- Excellent phone manner, strong sales acumen, and customer service skills.
- Understanding of yacht types, features and specifications
- Understanding of yacht systems, components and maintenance requirements to assist clients with technical inquiries
- Relevant boat licence and ability to drive yachts highly desirable
- Experience in high-end or luxury sales environments, with an understanding of the unique considerations and customer expectations in the luxury market
- Proficiency in additional languages commonly spoken in our customer base, such as Spanish, French, Italian
- Proficiency in using sales management software, CRM systems and office productivity tools
- Meticulous attention to detail in managing administrative tasks to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Effective communication skills with team members, customers, and other departments
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and or dealers
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive sales data and customer information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
- International travel experience an advantage
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record

**Responsibilities**
- Provide sales support to Dealers and sales personnel
- Respond to customer/dealer inquiries and concerns
- Organize and manage sales data, documents, and schedules efficiently
- Create and maintain documentation such as contracts, proposals and presentations
- Analyse data, identify trends, and generate reports to assist in decision-making
- Actively demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills to help support the sales process
- Work both independently and collaboratively to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Train sales personnel and customers in boat operation
- Attend customer events

**Other**
- Submit to and pass alcohol and drug tests including but not limited to pre-employment, random, reasonable suspicion and post-accident/incident testing
- Additional duties are dependent on the physical needs of the role
- Be a United States Citizen or authorized to work in the United States
