As a Manager of Site Operations, you’ll manage the day-to-day relationships with our internal customers and lines of business. You’ll also engage with external providers responsible for facilities, space planning, moves, food and beverage services and mail services. And you will also help drive the execution of security strategies that will improve operational effectiveness and ensure the safety of Capital One employees and customers within the community.

- Have familiarity with real estate related physical security issues

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead third-party providers responsible for facilities, space planning, moves, food and beverage services, hospitality, conferencing and print/mail services
- Partner with your internal clients to understand their intent and goals, develop plans that meet their needs and relentlessly pursue options to deliver high-performing results
- Engage with cross-functional teams at all levels and serve as a trusted real estate expert
- Identify, recommend/document and implement ways to drive optimal utilization of the facilities
- Contribute to the development of the annual capital and operating-expense budgets
- Partner with other internal real estate associates to create solutions and proactively solve problems
- Maintain landlord relationships and engage with landlord facilities team members on day-to-day infrastructure operations.
- Assist in managing safety and security issues stemming from incident reports
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Finance, Legal, HR and IT
- Foster a positive work environment through engagement and team building activities

**Basic qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in Facilities Management or Relationship Management
- At least 3 years of experience managing facilities for multiple locations

**Preferred qualifications**
- At least 3 years of experience in Project Management, People Management or Supplier Management
- At least 2 years of experience with G Suite tools

New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $128,300 - $146,400 for Manager, Portfolio Management

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
