**Responsibilities**:

- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Manage office supplies and inventory levels
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist in counting cash draws as needed
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Support office management in various administrative duties
- Handle calendar management for executives

**Experience**:

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in administrative tasks to support daily operations
- Experience in Accounting is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office and Excel Suite
- Ability to perform clerical duties accurately and efficiently
- Experience in calendar management and data entry

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
