Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver general clerical support to the team.
- Effectively utilize and oversee various software applications.
- Assist in the daily management of company software.
- Exhibit proficiency in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) for document preparation, reporting, presentations, and team collaboration.
- Maintain digital file management and organization of client records, events, and related documents.
- Document meeting minutes accurately, capturing discussions and decisions.
- Oversee inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Manage calendars efficiently, scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
- Handle office correspondence, including presentations, packages, mail, and samples.

- Demonstrated experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a comparable role.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to manage calendars, schedules, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in digital file management and maintaining organized systems.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Familiarity with the trade show, events, exhibits, or construction industry is a plus.
