Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver general clerical support.
  • Effectively utilize and oversee various software applications.
  • Assist with daily management of company software.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) for preparing documents, reports, presentations, and team collaboration.
  • Maintain digital file organization and manage client records, events, and associated documents.
  • Record meeting minutes and accurately document discussions and outcomes.
  • Oversee inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
  • Efficiently manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Handle office correspondence, including sending presentations, packages, mail, and samples.

  • Assist in client meetings and viewings by preparing presentation materials and managing welcome displays.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a comparable role.

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with the trade show, events, exhibits, or construction industry is a plus.
