Nestled in the vibrant heart of Downtown/Rainey, our hotel boasts 130 stylish guest rooms spread across 17 floors, accompanied by a lively bar and a rooftop multipurpose room with a terrace. As a Guest Service Representative, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of our hotel and delivering top-notch service to our guests. From managing check-ins and check-outs to addressing guest requests and inquiries, you'll be the face of hospitality, creating positive guest experiences. Your duties will encompass maintaining cleanliness in public areas, handling confidential information with discretion, and collaborating with various departments to uphold guest satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently and accurately process guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints courteously and promptly.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain precise financial records during your shift.
- Uphold cleanliness and orderliness in the lobby and common areas.
- Offer guests information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are prepared for check-in.
- Generate and review daily reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Demonstrate proactive and helpful behavior towards guests, anticipating their needs.
- Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and guest confidentiality.

**Physical Demands**:
