The Relationship Coordinator will serve as a vital resource to the Settlement Operations team as a liaison between Americor and Advantage Law. The Relationship Coordinator will be Americor's professional face and represent the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Primary point of contact between Americor and Advantage Law.
- Facilitate the communication between Americor and Advantage Law.
- Coordinate operational issues across all departments for Advantage Law.
- Lead monthly meetings to touch base between Americor and Advantage law.
- Efficiently manage an inbox of inquiries from Advantage Law regarding settlement approvals, summons concerns, client complaints, and more while ensuring clear and effective communication between both parties.
- Identify challenges and streamline processes for Operational efficiency.
- Work closely with the Operational leadership team.
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks.
- Special projects as assigned by senior management.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of relationship management and/or vendor management experience.
- A pleasant, friendly attitude with an ability to adapt to change.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical savvy: able to use multiple computer systems and quickly pick up on new ones.
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and Google Suite.
- A strong work ethic and a highly developed sense of integrity
- Great attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Education**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
