**Job Title**: Administrative Assistant

**Location**: Mettawa, IL

**Duration**:12 Months

Computer experience (Excel, Word, Power point), team player, meeting scheduling

One year minimum experience with administrative type duties

Familiar with Outlook/Calendaring; Teams Meetings (used in lieu of desk phones)

Strong interpersonal/written communications

Confident presence to work with senior leadership

Know when to ask questions

Strong attention to detail

Assisting with Travel, calendaring and catering/meeting coordinating

Making sure calendars are up to date, avoiding conflicts of schedules, etc.

Outlook experience is a hard requirement

Registration for conferences

Good attention to detail

Not shy to ask questions as needed

Minimum of one year related experience as groundwork to admin work

Ability to work collaboratively with Maria who is more than willing to train this role to success at Abbvie on a long term basis

Assisting with Calendaring in Outlook as needed

Familiar with expense sheets/travel arrangements, etc.

Expected hours: 40 per week

- Morning shift

- High school or equivalent (preferred)
